outdated room limited breakfast
The room i got felt a bit outdated. the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough, and it was noisy. i also found the breakfast selection to be somewhat limited. there was not much variety from day to day, and some of the items tasted bland. it was not terrible, but it definitely could have been better. It was not a great start to my day!

inadequate soundproofing disturbed sleep
the location was acceptable, with convenient bus access to the city center.
The room's soundproofing was inadequate. I heard neighbors talking loudly through the walls late at night. the noise disturbed my sleep for two consecutive nights. This was unacceptable for the price i paid. the lack of quiet made relaxation impossible.

friendly staff private balcony
The breakfast food was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the wide selection. The staff was very friendly and professional. They arranged a taxi for me when needed. Room 1 Giardino offered a private balcony overlooking the pool. The balcony overlooked a lovely ancient evergreen tree.
The garden was a little dirty. I had to clean bird droppings from the sun bed.

perfect getaway
spacious room lovely toiletries convenient parking
my family and i stayed in a quadruple room it was quite spacious i liked that the bathroom had lovely toiletries the location was great since we could walk to the center in about twenty minutes from the top of the hill. i found it very convenient to have parking available even though it felt a bit tight.
the air conditioning seemed to have some trouble keeping up with the heat it was a bit warm at times.

breakfast offered a great selection of choices the terrace was open for dining a good spot to begin each day the option of simple lunches like salads was available too.

the pool provided a refreshing escape after sightseeing lounging around it was easy because there was space both in sun and shade the hotel garden was beautiful and well kept.

the staff were helpful and friendly providing advice about local places to eat they gave accurate directions it was reassuring the hotel felt safe and i felt looked after.
